St. Agostino restoration finished

After four months of work, we finished restoration of the dome of the church of S. Augustine.

Work has included the cleaning of the paintings on the vault and the recovery of the old decorations and white painted marbles dated eighteenth century, badly renewed in the '60s.

The whole church now appears much brighter, without the grays and dark green colours applied in that period.
Soon we will collect most significant images of this work on our site.
